Corporate Hospitality

We have working business relationships with many large corporate companies, providing not just Tours and Transfers, but also our most popular daytime, evening or weekend Event is Treasure Hunts – guaranteed fun, and the perfect bonding exercise for work colleagues.

Our Driver Guides are superb team players, and always make sure that your groups enjoy a London Treasure Hunt – which we can design to a ‘Classic London’, ‘Harry Potter’, ‘James Bond, or indeed any theme of your choice.

Treasure Hunts are great not just for team building, summer specials or Christmas and Birthday parties – but they can also act as a fantastic way to raise funds for Charity (where we keep our costs down to a minimum).

Our very first Treasure Hunt was ran in conjunction with Capital Radio, to raise money and awareness for ‘Help a London Child’, and another for ‘Children with Leukaemia’. The event had the teams solving clues in the form of a crossword, with a prestigious reception in the Great Hall at Lincoln’s Inn.

We also have experience of organising large Group Tours – and only very recently designed a ‘bespoke’ Tour for a European corporate giant.

Rob Woodford, our Head of UK Sales & Operations, tells the story:

Our responsibility was to take care of more than 400 Spanish tourists, who were resident at the Langham Hotel, London’s first ‘Grand Hotel’, which has enchanted royalty, dignitaries, celebrities and discerning guests for 150 years. We provided our hosts with ‘bespoke’ Tours, transporting them in 94 Traditional London Black Cabs, with their champagne picnic baskets, all over London before, coming together for a Gala Dinner at London Zoo in Regent’s Park.

Black Cab Heritage Tours is Good to Go!

At Black Cab Heritage Tours we place the highest priority on the health and welfare of our customers, team and the wider community. This is particularly the case during the current COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.  It may be a little while before our guests arrive from overseas, as the UK Government recently announced the current 14-day quarantine period remains in place for inbound tourists - to be reviewed every 3 weeks.  We have, however, started to offer a limited number of private tour options as of Saturday 4 July, initially to singles, couples and small nuclear family groups - and we continue to accept future reservations.

Our approach is in line with the most recent guidance issued by the UK government, and additional advice from the World Health Organisation. We have also put in new health and safety measures in order to promote social distancing and to limit all non-essential face-to-face contact, which has been recognized by Visit Britain as "Good to Go!"
