Bath and Stonehenge Day Excursion

A memorable Day Excursion to TWO UNESCO World Heritage Sites in ONE special experience!

Impressionable newbie or seasoned traveller…these two Unesco World Heritage Sites will earn your thumbs-up. Some places always hit a home run, no matter what.

Bath is ‘A drop of honey in a sea of green’. See for yourself and you won’t disagree. The ancient Roman Baths nourished by natural hot springs is only one of the finest architectural sights that the city has on display. Gems of the city compete head-on with the most-loved landmarks in all of Europe. The iconic Royal Crescent, the Circus and the Pulteney Bridge are a few that never fail to impress. Literary fans will hit it off right away with the snazzy Jane Austen Centre. There’s a lot going on in Bath. Can you stay away?

And that’s only half the good news for the day, because there’s another UNESCO World Heritage Site on the route, Stonehenge. The evergreen appeal of this mysterious man-made structure (if you can it that) never fades. So what’s with those massive stones being dragged from miles across the rolling greens? Scientists and archeologists are still cracking the secret code? Spend some time at the new English Heritage Museum to take back ammo for coffee-time chats with family and friend.

Let us pre-book your-skip-the-line tickets, while you have all the fun, minus the headache of planning.

Black Cab Heritage Tours is Good to Go!

At Black Cab Heritage Tours we place the highest priority on the health and welfare of our customers, team and the wider community. This is particularly the case during the current COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic.  It may be a little while before our guests arrive from overseas, as the UK Government recently announced the current 14-day quarantine period remains in place for inbound tourists - to be reviewed every 3 weeks.  We have, however, started to offer a limited number of private tour options as of Saturday 4 July, initially to singles, couples and small nuclear family groups - and we continue to accept future reservations.

Our approach is in line with the most recent guidance issued by the UK government, and additional advice from the World Health Organisation. We have also put in new health and safety measures in order to promote social distancing and to limit all non-essential face-to-face contact, which has been recognized by Visit Britain as "Good to Go!"
